Stanley Gets His Teeth Cleaned
The boys all had to go to the dentist yesterday, so we got an appointment for Stanley to get his teeth cleaned, too. Stanley gets a A+ because he had no cavities!

Dash Baseball!
WOW! What a night! The Sash just got a new stadium and I was there for their very first win in the new stadium! How exciting. I got to meet the mascot and everything. Matthew starts workingfor the Dash this Friday, too. Matthew won the air guitar contest between one of the innings and we all sang "Take meout to the ball game" -- fun stuff.

What a Day!
Stanley is napping now. I think we wore him out! He helped the boys with school work this morning and is getting ready for the exciting Around the World Night on Saturday where he gets to visit countries from around the world via the students Countries projects. The food is always good!
After practicing lines for hte upcoming play, we took Stanley to our downtown here in Kernersville. We ate some yummy goodies at Cake and All things Yummy which sits right next to an historical marker. George Washington breakfasted here in our town. We have been lucky enough to visit the town of Old Salem where there is a tavern where he slept. Maybe we can get Stanley there during the visit.
We did not even know "breakfasted" was a word until we read the entry from George Washington's diary. Tomorrow night, we are going to see the Winston-Salem Dash play baseball in their brand new stadium. How exciting!

Ant Farm!
Stanley is having fun with Ants! We collected ants yesterday and started our ant farm. Stanley was a bit nervous out in the field when we collected ants. He had a few crawling on his hand. Once he realized they were not biting him, he was okay.

Stanley Arrived Today!
Meagan's Flat Stanley arrived today in the mail. He's stretching and trying to regain his shape at the moment. Here is a picture of Stanley with Sean just as he arrived at our house today. We're hoping that Stanley has a great visit with us. We have quite a bit planned for Stanley this week.
